Willow Cafe & Sweetery

So if you haven't checked out the new restaurant Willow Cafe and Sweetery in Folsom, you must! Tucked in the commercial building complexes off Folsom Boulevard between Blue Ravine and Parkshore (next to AquaFX Hair Salon), Willow focuses on delicious and healthy cuisine to meet all dietary needs (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan). They make all their breads, dressings, desserts and soda's in house using the freshest and most local ingredients possible.  Willow also supports local beer, wine, coffee and even adornes their cute place with local artists. If you are are in need of a new restaurant that encompasses healthy and tasty dining, then they are it (and with a cute patio to boot)!   I have been fortunate enough to capture some of their delicious dishes that made my mouth water the whole time!
